Zoomprop – Real‑Estate Analytics, From Marketing Site to AI Platform

A real‑estate geospatial analytics product I helped evolve over three years — from a conversion‑focused marketing site, to a full SaaS app, to an AI‑driven analytics & copilot platform.

Overview

Zoomprop is a real‑estate analytics product I worked on across three years and three major iterations. It started as a high‑conversion marketing and marketplace landing site, grew into a full geospatial SaaS app for prospecting and territory analysis, and was eventually rebuilt as an AI‑driven analytics platform with embedded copilots. Below is how the product — and my work on it — evolved over each phase.

My role across the product

  • • Owned significant frontend surface area across all three iterations of the product.
  • • Carried map, dashboard, and charting patterns forward as the stack modernized (MUI → Tailwind/Radix).
  • • Helped move the product from marketing visuals to interactive SaaS to AI‑assisted analysis.

    The public marketing and marketplace landing for Zoomprop, showcasing analytics, maps, and workflows in a conversion‑oriented layout. This was the product's first face to the market — built to explain the value, build trust, and capture leads.

    • Built responsive marketing sections, hero animations, and scroll‑based visuals.
    • Implemented interactive chart and map previews tuned for performance.
    • Wired up lead‑capture forms with validation and Mixpanel analytics tracking.

    The full geospatial analytics & prospecting platform.

    Zoomprop matured into a geospatial analytics and prospecting platform for real‑estate and sales teams — territory tools, map‑based exploration, customizable dashboards, and PWA/mobile support for tablet‑friendly fieldwork.

    • Implemented interactive Mapbox GL views with drawing tools, selection, clustering, and custom overlays.
    • Built complex dashboards, widgets, and filter systems using MUI, Recharts, Visx, and data tables.
    • Created drag‑and‑drop layouts so users could customize their analytics workspace.
    • Worked on PWA/mobile behavior and performance (code‑splitting, caching) for smooth usage.
    • Contributed to Storybook, Jest, and Cypress suites to increase confidence when shipping.

    ZP — AI Analytics & Copilot Platform

    A multi‑tenant rebuild with embedded AI copilots.

    The latest evolution (ZP / zp‑alpha / hud‑analysis) is a multi‑tenant analytics platform that lets teams explore geospatial and operational data through dashboards, map‑driven views, and AI copilots — slicing data by location, time, and entity, then asking AI for explanations and recommendations. This phase also introduced 3D/visual experiences and a modern Tailwind/Radix design system.

    • Designed dashboard layouts with reusable cards, charts, and filters over dense data.
    • Built map‑driven views in Mapbox with clustering, custom markers, and multi‑step selection flows.
    • Integrated AI copilots into panels and inline helpers with proper loading and streaming states.
    • Built AI‑driven UIs — chat panels, prompt builders, result visualizations, and workflow editors.
    • Added rich visual experiences including 3D scenes (Three.js / React Three Fiber).
